Set up in 1978, Kiwanis Club of New Delhi (KCND) is a healthcare NGO India, driven by a mission to build a more inclusive, compassionate society. At the heart of KCND is a steadfast commitment to support underprivileged patients and transforming lives through provision of high quality, largely free-of-cost services to the differently-abled and those in need. Services at KCND are available to all, regardless of caste, creed, or background. All KCND services, such as non-profit for artificial limb and cerebral palsy are provided completely free of charge (except for Physiotherapy, where a nominal fee is charged) at our modern facilities at Kiwanis Bhawan, B-35, Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi-110016
With as proud legacy of being one of the best NGO for health in India for 47+ years of service, KCND has been a beacon of hope, delivering life-changing support to those in need through three core pillars of service: Provision of Artificial Limbs, Support for Cerebral Palsy, and Physiotherapy & Pain Management.

Over the years KCND has also engaged in several other noteworthy initiatives. Indeed, it began its charitable work by adopting Meoka, a backward village in Gurgaon district, with a focus on improving the quality of life for its residents. KCND remains committed to providing all services largely free of cost, without discrimination based on caste, color, or creed.
As an affiliate of Kiwanis International, KCND is part of a global network dedicated to improving the lives of children and communities. Kiwanis International is recognized for a broad range of service projects worldwide, including building playgrounds, food pantries, and more.

KCND functions out of “Kiwani’s Bhawan,” a six-story building located at B-35, Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi. The building was constructed during the tenure of Shri Dharma Vira as President of KCND and was inaugurated by the Hon’ble President of India, Shri K.R. Narayanan, on December 23, 2000. The plot of land was acquired through the Delhi Administration in 1993. Funds for the construction were raised through donations from members, with Shri S.N.P. Punj, Dr. K.K. Modi, and Shri R.C. Burman each making a generous contribution of Rs. 25 lakhs.
